At Seanery – Restaurant & Skybar, our menu is a tribute to the sea, the land, and the island of Amager. We put great thought into the ingredients we choose and take our time to share the stories behind them while serving each dish. At Seanery, Head Chef Magnus Rydahl combines modern Nordic cuisine with his passion for classic French culinary traditions. The menu is not just about taste; it’s also designed to be an aesthetic experience. Our dining concept is driven by curiosity and innovation – and we always look forward to giving our guests an extraordinary experience.  

Råvarer

We put great thought into the ingredients we choose. Our fish comes from Danish waters and is served with selected local ingredients from Amager.  The menu is a tribute to the sea, the land, and the island of Amager. We use the best ingredients from the seasons. This could include green strawberries, preserved wild garlic, or elderflower picked from the local area. The menu is also inspired by the sea that surrounds us, which is why you will find plenty of fish on our menu.
